Return & Exchange Policy

At Raavyabys, we take pride in our handcrafted, premium-quality Pakistani suits, festive & wedding-ready outfits, and everyday elegant co-ord sets. Due to the delicate and custom nature of our products, refunds and returns are limited as outlined below.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

1. Incorrect or Outdated Delivery Address
   If the delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.

2. Incorrect Address Format
   Orders with an incorrect address format, including any PO Box addresses, may fail to deliver. Raavyabys cannot be held responsible in such cases.

3. Failed Delivery Attempts
   If our courier fails to deliver due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refunds will not be processed.

4. Package Refused by Recipient
   If the recipient refuses to accept the package, we cannot provide a refund.

5. Sizing Issues
   We provide detailed size guides for all our outfits. Refunds or returns are not allowed due to sizing issues.

6. Minor Colour or Design Variations
   Each of our pieces is handcrafted, which may result in slight variations in colour, embroidery, or design from the website images. These are not considered defects.

Cases Eligible for Refund

Refunds or replacements will be provided under the following circumstances, within 5 days of delivery:

1. Lost Packages
   If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

2. Wrong Item Shipped
   If an incorrect item is shipped, we will promptly replace it with the correct item at no extra cost.

Refund Process

• Requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
