Return & Exchange Policy

At Raavya By S, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully to understand the procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

An unboxing video is strictly required for all return, exchange, or refund claims. The video must be clear and show the package being opened from its sealed state to the discovery of any issue (damage, wrong item, etc.) without any pauses or edits. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

You must initiate a request for a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • With all original tags and labels attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A REQUEST

Email us at seemarora1976@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, the reason for the request, and the mandatory unboxing video.

5. THE RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Reverse Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup, which typically takes 2-5 working days.

  • Reverse Shipping Fee: A reverse shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Quality Check (QC): Upon receiving the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. This process can take up to 48 hours.

6. REFUNDS

  • Eligibility: Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 4-7 working days.

  • Mode of Refund:

    • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

    • COD Orders: The refund will be transferred to your bank account via NEFT/UPI.

  • The reverse shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the final refund amount.

7. EXCHANGES

  • If your exchange is approved and the returned product passes our quality check, the new product will be dispatched and delivered to you within 7-10 working days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation for the exchanged item.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Timelines:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns (Tier II/III): 5-8 business days

    • Remote Locations: 7-12 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues with our courier partners.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS from us which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
